You may pay with Credit Card or Check. Check Payment (in full) MUST BE postmarked August 11, 2025. Credit Cards payment is the only option after August 11. We reserve the right to remove your entry from Saddlebook if payment is not received by August 18. You may re-enter and pay by credit card. $30 returned check fee.

Stalls/RV needs to be postmarked August 30. Late requests will be assigned at the event.
REFUNDS
All Vet/Medical slips MUST be turned in by Tuesday, September 16. No refunds on the Office Charge. Stalls and RV are 100% fully refundable through September 18.
Peewee are 9 years and younger (as of January 1, 2025) and cannot cross enter with any other division or compete on multiple horses. Trot or faster pace.
Youth are 12 years and younger (from January 1, 2025). Youth can enter the open.
Junior are 13 - 17 years (from January 1, 2025). Junior can enter the open.
Senior are 45 years of age and over as of the date of the show. Senior can enter the open.

Awards β Anyone receiving awards must be present and be in dress code for pictures. You can have someone pick up for you. We'll do our best to get awards to you after finals. Shipping will be recipientsβ cost to cover.
RULES
1. NWBHA Competition Rules Apply
2. All late entries will run at the bottom of the draw on all days.
3. There will be $30 charge for all NSF checks plus bank charges on all returned checks.
4. Stalls are preassigned, no moving of stalls. Horses are not allowed to be tied to trailers overnight or in portable pens.
5. No refunds without a medical release or a vet slip. Office charges will not be refunded. All Vet/Medical slips MUST be turned in by Tuesday September 16, 2025. No refunds on the Office Charge.
6. NWBHA Dress Code will be enforced. Long-sleeved Western full button, snapped or zipped shirt with collar. Appropriate footwear, with heel must be worn if on horseback at any time. Hats and/or helmets required.
7. A mandatory hat fine of $10 will be charged for a hat that comes off in the arena. All money from hat fines will go to hardship fund.
8. There will be absolutely no entry from the center gate β all contestants must enter from the side gate.
9. You will receive 3 gate calls β after that time the contestant will be disqualified. Each rider has 60 seconds to begin run, a $5 fine will be imposed if going over. Fine must be paid at the office by the end of the day.
10. The show manager must approve all signs or banners.
11. Contestants may change horses but will not be eligible for average awards. Must check in with the office, this is due to 2 different races (each day separate race). Horse substitutions must be made in the show office before you compete.
12. No poor sportsmanship and/or horse abuse should be exhibited and will not be tolerated.
13. All payout checks must be cashed within 180 days of date of issue, or they will become null and void. Replacement checks will not be issued.
14. The PeeWee race will only run Saturday. PeeWees are 9 years and younger (as of January 1, 2025) and cannot cross enter with any other division or compete on multiple horses. Trot or faster pace.
15. Youth are 12 years and younger (from January 1, 2025). Youth can enter the open.
16. Junior are 13 - 17 years (from January 1, 2025). Junior can enter the open.
DOGS: All dogs must be on leashes at ALL times.
THE ARENA MAY BE TOTALLY REWORKED AT REGULAR INTERVALS THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND.
AVERAGE AWARDS - YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR AWARDS AND IN DRESS CODE.
Each contestant will receive two runs; each run will have money paid out like a go-round. The awards will be given on the combined times of BOTH runs. Awards ONLY will be given for the combined time winners. The purse money will be split equally between each of the two runs. You MUST run both times on the same horse in order to receive awards. In the event of a tie for awards, the contestant with the fastest time run, will receive the higher place award.
All classes will be ran on 2 long goβs.
Payback will be as follows: All Classes 70% on entry fees. 100% payback on all added money.
Open and Senior day payouts are 5D with half second splits. Youth and Junior day payouts are 4D Option 1.
The AWARDS will be given on the following division splits:
1D Fastest Time
2D 1.0 seconds
3D 2.0 seconds
4D 3.0 seconds
5D 4.0 seconds
DISPUTES AND QUESTIONS
1. District Directors should be the first person approached during the FINALS when you have a complaint and/or questions or concerns.
2. If your Director cannot answer the question(s) or handle the complaint, the issue will be brought to and discussed with both State and other District Directors.
