Schedule of Events:

8:00 AM -- Gates open
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM -- Check-in: Office open in front of Hope building (after 11:00 AM please come upstairs to check-in)
9:00 AM - 11:15 AM -- Barrel time onlies (there is no list. FCFS once purchased.)
11:15 AM - 11:25 AM -- Open arena
12:00 PM -- Race runs in this order:
Peewee barrels
Pre-entry barrels
Late-entry barrels
Timed exhibition runs

Break for arena drag/water & Poles setup

Pole-bending time onlies -- limited to 1 per horse/rider combo
Mini-big drag with Pole-bending race to follow in this order:
Peewee poles
Pre-entry poles
Late-entry poles

Late entries for barrels taken until last runner with a $10 late fee
Late entries for poles taken until last runner with a $10 late fee

Refunds Policy:

Prior to pre-entry draw: 100% refund if you need to scratch/vet-out
After draw is posted, but prior to race day: 100% minus office fees will be refunded
Race day scratch/vet-out: no refunds can be issued for day-of scratches

Draw posted no later than 10pm on thursday before race.

This race is part of a 3 race awards series. Other race

dates are August 2nd and August 9th. 2 of 3 races required.
